FREQUENCY COORDINATION
Frequency co-ordination is important for all wireless mic system users, and critical for user that are using or contemplating using multiple systems at a single location. While we have a less crowded spectrum than many countries, it is getting more crowded by the day, and as users of 'secondary' devices we have to work around more powerful primary users, such as television transmissions. The recent advent of cost effective frequency selectable UHF systems has helped when frequency conflicts occur, but a system using multi channel wireless mics, IEM systems and radio comms can only be achieved with careful prior frequency co-ordination. Stageworks Audio utilises frequency scanners and analysers to minimise external interference, and manufacturers analysis software to calculate and coordinate wireless system frequencies. This service can be done on site or a frequency list can be compiled for you location and available systems.
